no. the russians in real life. i went to the eve forums. and found out about this...O___O a world war happeing in eve universe!! aparently russian players always ganking in the server. then the U.S. players got really sick of them and band up and ally players from (forgot which country) to fight them. then the russians ally the french. so its world war 3!!
